Brilliant piece by Camden. Made my day (WOW easily my biggest long position) when he wrote: " the stock is now undervalued enough, in my opinion, for me to have commence buying, which I did yesterday".
Camden, I haven't yet replied to yr observations re WES (some of which i feel are too optimistic)... but may I ask: Are you also buying WES?
PS. WOW's position as dominant retailer in the country provides a massive advantage. The mkt (as Camden notes) continues to overlook/ignore this fact. The barriers to entry are huge. I mean (apart from Costico) who is likely to set-up a retail chain to seriously compete with Woolies and Coles? We grew 50,000 FT jobs in Oz in yesterday's release. Have grown wkforce by 400,000 in past 12 months. These are ALL customers/consumers. BUY imo.
