I've been away for a week but I've returned to the pleasant sight of CAP trading at all time highs.

The JORC is just days away now and investors are scrambling for positions. I think we are witnessing the start of a substantial re-rate in the company's share price. The market cap is still a mere $70M. My rough estimates valued a fair market cap of $100M if the JORC is a success but I have a sneaking suspicision that those estimates will be blown right out of the water in the coming months.

If you are a sideliner skimming over this thread, let me remind you why CAP has extraordinary potential that rises well and truly above what other small cap iron ore companies have to offer.

For me it comes down to 10 things, but I'm sure there are many many more reasons why CAP is one of the best.

    1. No CAPEX (free carried to a 20% stake in 20MTpa) in a JV deal with BMG
    2. Close infrastructure.
    3. Proven management.
    4. Low shares on issue.
    5. Further cash payments to come in the next few months in value of $40M.
    6. Diversified portfolio of tenaments. Hawsons could be worth $1B in market value to CAP in 5 years time, but Hughenden (coal) and Euriowie (tin) could add $30M-$100M in market value in the comeing years as those projects get into production.
    7. Fantastic connection between the shareholder registry and the board of directors.
    8. Low OPEX at Hawsons.
    9. Chris Powell states that Hawsons will be the biggest magnetite project in NSW.
    10. CAP isn't a ramped stock. By that I mean that there isn't much news already factored into the share price. At $70M the market cap is pretty much just valuing the tenaments and financial position of the company. A JORC in the coming days could add anywhere from 50% to 100% in market value in my opinion.
