I think you lack a fundamental understanding of how investments work. It doesn't matter to a sensible investor if RAC is a "one trick pony" or not as investors can diversify away this risk by only investing a limited amount of capital into RAC. It is wiser to invest in 10 different 1-asset companies than to invest all your money in 1 company with 10 different assets as there is less correlated risk. This concept is the basis of Modern Portfolio Theory (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modern_portfolio_theory).

Of course RAC can fail if the clinical trials fail, but given bisantrene has been through 50 different trials in more than 1500 patients where it performed very well and RAC has solved the non-clinical issue that caused bisantrene to be abandoned by the original developer, the risk of failure can be estimated by an intelligent investor.
