According to ASX rules any raise of funds that includes the issue of shares and / or options needs to be announced. If they are currently in the process of raising funds they had to announce it. Not the details, but the fact that they are raising.

If any legal procedures would have started against CHM the board must inform the market as well. If a board member is subject to legal procedures an anns has to be made as well.

So what is it? Just a delayed audit?

The worst thing is letting sh uninformed. That creates rumours, speculations, accusations. All that can be avoided with an anns. That's the minimum Hopper & Co should have done on Tuesday morning. It is about trust, honesty and transparency - 3 words Hopper's vocabulary is missing and his brain isn't able to process. Otherwise he would have informed us. The other board members as well as Rebecca are just his puppets when it comes to his agendas, no objection or different opinions allowed. Axel Hoos at IMU and Michael Baker at RAD and most likely Jen Chow here learnt that the hard way.
