Just been watching this due to the massive gap between market cap and cash.
Looking at the chart, GWR hasn't even traded equal to the value of the cash.
There should be more effort by management to at least bring the market cap to at least equal the cash value.
Company has many options as opposed to just purely hogging the cash.
