But back to CAP,did anyone besides me think that Nick Sheard was a little hesitant in committing to the 1 billion tonnes....("I'm pretty confident we're gonna get pretty close..but it's,yeah,that's what we're aiming at"...)

I know that nothing in life is certain especially in the stockmarket) so my only short term concern is a selloff if the 1 billion tonnes is not realised.


As a trader,you gotta be aware of that possibility IMO.
