@davybabyk I have also only listened once to Professor Fong’s presentation so may have missed it. Reading your post triggered the idea that he did not mention pseudo progression.
Perhaps this becomes irrelevant when CF33 is combined with CAR-T.
This would certainly be a better outcome where patient mental health is concerned. No longer will they need to be advised “Look this is perfectly safe but it may make your tumour appear to be growing faster but usually this is not what is happening….”.
