re: Ann: Response to ASX Query - Director'... I do not hold but still addicted to this story and how it will pan out or end? From the Options letter released yesterday I noted 2 things.

1. Shares will remain suspended until after 31st of Dec.

And this little pearler of a quote within their letter,

Quote, "Before you decide whether or not to exercise your Options, the Company wishes to inform you that there can be no guarantee that:

an active market in the Companys shares will develop once the shares resume trading on the ASX; and
the Companys re-capitalisation strategy will be executed successfully, if at all.

In addition, the Company specifically notes that there can be no guarantee that the future trading price of the Companys shares (once the shares resume trading on the ASX) will be similar to the trading price of the Companys shares prior to trading in the Companys shares being suspended. As a result, there is a risk that the Companys shares may recommence trading at a price lower than the exercise price paid to exercise your Options."

So there is either a clear warning trading may never start or that they are looking at alternate ways of raising capital (sell off of businesses or someone's coming in with money).
