    If management thought the shares were worth way more than 1c, why didn’t they just match MAGA’s offer? If the demand was more than they could handle, finding shareholders to fund the purchases would have been easy.

    Plus, they wouldn’t have to worry about MAGA buying their way into the boardroom.
