No. If you think that is the case you need to re-evaluate. Your investment thesis seems to be that we will get a higher offer than previous, so the SP can happily dwindle into oblivion in the meantime. A proposal for $1.20-$1.40 would get overwhelming support.
Personally I'm invested with a small parcel on fundamentals alone. The SP is clearly under attack, but if any takeover offer above $1.10 comes in, I'm selling and i think the board would support it.
