I think what was missed is that a large amount of holders hold because of the potential of the drug, not because of management.
RAC stated if you don't trust management (or something along those lines), then it's probably good that the poster sold (or implied people should sell if the don't trust management).
Myself, and many I know, simply hold because Bisantrene should be able to sell itself....
