I would appreciate your take on Anglo's reservation to legal proceedings over the nine farms, in particular the 2008 agreement with NKP and others that included not proceeding with action regarding the rights.

Is it possible to have your cake, in Anglos' case, and eat it too?

IMO and based on previous posts it would appear they are covering their bases, however the Concourt decision has rattled my confidence.

PL says the tenure over Garatau is solid and it is this component of their/our assets I beleive we should focus on.

If there is no question over the tenure of Garatau then clearly the issue of Tubatse shouldn't be reflected in the share price except for the reasons of emotions.
