that is funny when you said last time it went to 47c after unlisted options converted but you are not suggesting insider trading then what are you trying to say?

normally who will hold unlisted options? most likely not the retail holders, managements/institutional or sophisticated investors are the unlisted option holders, and because they have the control where the s/p will be so they can convert when s/p is just +/- 10c above strike price

when you see people convert the option way earlier than its expiry date it usually not a good sign, and this is not the first, I think its the third one?
if it is the only one then we could say probably this guy he just want to take some profit, but when it's continuously then something isn't right, imo.
