Arcadium isn't really one asset - it is multiple assets across different Lithium geographies (Argentina, Canada, China, Japan, Australia and the USA) encompassing hard-rock, brine and advanced lithium chemicals manufacturing - it is a very well diversified global player with significant nearlology to the USA. I'd say fair value in this market - in the region of $8 - $10per share - but I'd be happy with a combination of cash and stock in Rio too.
