PLL say the costs of the application were 1.9 million
already and they are trying to preserve their cash
SYR, looks like a capex blowout , SYR had to
match their grant dollar for dollar, perhaps they
couldn’t get lenders interested..? They applied for
a much larger sum then the DOE GRANT as a
loan, is this their best
hope of raising the required capex? Why wouldn’t
they take the grant and borrow the rest? Surely its
because lenders weren’t interested…?
