Does anyone know if the Burbanks Mill is still for sale, and could it's through-put capacity be increased without needing lengthy regulatory approvals? If it were available to upgrade HRZ could have found the jigsaw puzzle piece necessary to cut out the likes of FMR Investments from ripping us off with Toll costs. Granted it will be expensive but the Chinese may be keen to provide the plant upgrade faster than domestically possible and a lot cheaper. Dreaming again thank you.
