Who takes anything the HeraldScum say seriously? It was noted recently that News corps editorials were hugely unbalanced to the negative where EV's & electrification are concerned.. This is just another attempt to road block.
Here are some economics on EV's. lets look at a 20 year time frame.
Currently it costs you 20c per Km to power your ICE vehicle in 20 years time the cost per Km will be anywhere between $1.50 - $2 (give or take) Note: fossil fuels are the main driver of inflation.
If a household financed the installation of rooftop solar & an electric vehicle, the cost over the life of the vehicle & solar (20 years) will be 1-2c per Km. The savings are immediate & over the 20 years the savings for households are ridiculously high!!!
You won't hear this from any Corporate media especially News Corps..
Electrification of everything is anti inflationary.. Get On It!!
