KAL was spun out of ARL and IPO'd after OZM. From what I can see, they've been busily acquiring as much ground as the can around Patricia. Who's to say they wouldn't mind having OZM's ground too. LCY is the immediate neighbour to the north of OZM's Patricia. From KAL's prospectus below and I guess that's why they're currently flying high-res mags - cause they consider the northern portion of E31/1119 (up near Patricia) as the most prospective.
