    Considering Peeps that hold MAN created this space to discuss a “possible” JoRc resource , I’ve spent some time this morning looking through what actually guides a JoRc resource for legitimate classification so to carry this theme rather than give opinion I will deposit what governs this “possible” JoRc resource here for you to make your own minds up …….
