Peter Landau has been a company director for many years .

For all of the articles by the Sherlock Holmes type Journalists and the amazing fishbowl scutiny that he is subject to ,Peter Landau has NEVER been convicted of any offence to my knowledge .

The ASX ,and ASIC have never had reason to suspend his directorships for any breaches of the company act .

The best anyone can come up with is guilt by association .

Recently ,one of my colleagues was arrested and convicted of major drug offences .

Does that mean I am implicated too or am I suspect also ?

How many of you know someone that has done something wrong ?

Yes there are people among us that make wrong choices in life ,but the rest of us are all innocent until proven otherwise ,and with the intense scrutiny from all angles that PL endures ,I am sure that if he got a speedng fine we would all hear about it .

I have read all of the garbage on the internet ,and not once has anyone been able to implicate PL of any crime ,and until they do he has a right to hold his directorships

Nobody deserves to be trialled by media ,OR Hotcopper without proof ,and this is what is happening .

I could write a blog claiming anything on the internet ,and many will see it as the gospel truth .

Paper articles are notoriously inaccurate ,so be discerning with what you believe ,and unless it is backed by solid evidence it cannot be relied upon as a fact .

ASX announcements can be relied upon as a good source ,and will be quickly corrected if not totally accurate .

I find trials by internet ,using so called associations with no proof of any crime to be disgusting ,and beware that there are many people with ulterior motives casting many of these aspersions .

Hotcopper needs to do more to stamp out continued defamatory posts ,even if some are written by journalists and blogspots .

It wont surprise me if we see posters here facing litigation in the near future .
