A long time I suspect, EMP has to be written and submitted for approval before anything starts, plus you have seasonal restrictions. I expect they will have to wait until late 2011 before they even start testing thier concept (IE DRILL A HOLE), and the timeframe beyond that willl be long and frustrating for the company as they will have many hurdles to jump before they get it going, if it is there.

But please, all you rampers, dont shoot me down, its only my opinion!
