For those that doubted/questioned me earlier when commenting on expiry- I have now availed myself with the time to follow this up:

"An exclusive option for Xstrata over the project expired on the 15 March," (www.nkweplatinum.com/.../DJ-Carmichael-Research-Note-?-30-April-2010.pdf)

I hope this clears up the matter that the option has expired and there is no longer a binding agreement between any party.
