Your post is hilarious. They (read: wheeler dealers) tried to spin deals with third parties to give them a free carry with Ragay Gulf (seriously? must be over 20 years now this dog has been fleeced), Liguasan Marsh (in Mindanao...this one is more than a joke), Cagayan (in Mindanao), Cotobato (also in Mindanao), Allegria (in Cebu....the Chinese were in there and could only find oil in buckets full), etcetera ad nauseam.... NOTHING and NOONE cares...at least NO ONE with monies to invest in oil and gas. You are competing for funding with better reserves in other parts of the world. Ask yourself these questions.....what is the plan of development (not exploration) and how much reserves can be seriously exploited and with what funds do I have or can get? Do you even know what it cost to drill and complete (if you can find the money) an offshore well (for Ragay Gulf for example)? GGX is a lottery ticket that is all that they are and will ever will be. If it works out then kaaaaaaaa chiiinnnnggg!
