I think everyone on this thread has the best of intentions for MHM, the technology/environment and their shareholdings, however....
If I was a director of MHM I would be very frustrated if shareholders started meddling with the relationships I had built with third parties. Even if I was unhappy with the delays with council the last thing that I would want is shareholders pestering the council adding strain to any relationship.
Shareholders are not payed employees and they have no role in meddling with the companies operations.
Doing so shows a lack of faith in management and potentially jeopardises the companies relationships and execution of its strategic plan.
