Ouch, this is what happens when sophisticated investors don't want to participate in a capital raise. Someone pumped the SP to make 4c look like a bargain so retail holders would take the bait. The SP will be under 4c before you know it, although I expect whoever pumped the SP will do their best to keep the SP above 4c until after the entitlement offer closes and retail have handed their hard-earned over.
