the GPK articles re: sale are all a couple of months old and I don't think that they meant in a couple of months...Pretty sure up till that mark KRL was going to sell GPK

maybe the meeting with Essar group opened up new ideas and a new plan with the brothers was hatched....

would explain a lot of things.
the essar brothers have shitloads of money and know how to make even more...

Scenario...

They "Essar' came to buy GPK in September, Saw a bigger picture that involved KRL as the front company to make a worldwide coal giant.

Imagine them as a substantial shareholder driving KRL
