What is holding this back is a third party investing real money into their projects to allow them to proceed. This has been the major puzzle piece missing all along.
It is hard to place too much weight on those valuations, If PWC really thought this company was worth that much then they would have buying up every single share available.
It has the potential to be worth that much and more, just needs a cashed up partner to light the fuse.
That point might be close - let’s hope so!
