Each year, the board puts their hands out for their "performance" options, even though as a collective, they've sent the company backwards.

As we stand today, the 4C at the end of the month will show one quarter of funding remaining.

What board of directors allows a company to almost run out of cash prior to each capital raise? and what board of directors sign off on a capital raise such as the last one? when something is that badly executed then all their credentials become meaningless to me.

There is no strategy. It's like they're in a boat without a rudder, hoping the current takes them to their destination
