Tasmanet, Plough is dead right, I think you need to modify your posting style. Nowhere in your three posts above have you provided any actual information of any use to us in resolving this issue. Like him, I still DO NOT GET IT either.

You say "It is DSC / OPV" - yes, well, we can all see that because they spray the stuff on and waa-hey, it (supposedly) produces solar energy!

You also say "As such they will have to pay a licensing fee to one of he remaining pioneer licence holders and EPFL". Since I am a DYE forum irregular perhaps you can care to explain why that is the case? Are you saying the licence holder for the NENE technology is Dyesol? Or is it EPFL? As far as I am concerned it seems quite plausible NENE have come up with their own spray-on coating and they could have nothing at all to do with Dyesol. I am more than happy to be shown otherwise, but please can someone just post a link saying they buy the stuff from Dyesol, or they licence the technology, or they have nothing to do with each other? Just one link or announcement, please! (No YouTube videos thanks.)

I would also like to say that the DYE forum has recently become one of the worst here on HotCopper and I have no idea why. There are a some posters here who are quite abrupt and clearly think they are the living embodiment of the second coming. I don't have time to research Dyesol all day and all night, for reasons I have spelt out above. I tried offering an olive branch for my ignorance on many things DYE, above, but all I (and others) seem to get here on this forum is abruptness and rudeness. I think we should all make an effort to be a little more polite and a little more informative on this forum. Just my 68cps worth.
