The good thing for them is that if the good times continue there is opportunity for the SP to rise until either a takeover or it becomes obvious that the business does not have the $ to mix it with the big boys.
In my opinion the directors and broader shareholders interests are aligned. CS will get her freebies if there is a takeover and could see them drift away if the latter is allowed to happen.
That's why she burned another $150 mil on top of a $150 mil loan in only 6 months
