RIM has a lot of internal and external turmoil, potential extensive litigation and no funds.

To grow we require substantive funds to prove up resources and undertake a feasibility study. Moreover, we need to not have the Courts chewing up what little funds we have. As it stands the consensus is that the Scandium pipedream is not commercially viable.

A change of Board will go a long way for investor confidence.
