Why would you buy today at 4.4cents when you might be able to buy at 3cents if they go ahead with a discounted CR.
Oh I know, it’s because the value gets more compelling as the share price drops.
If there was a CR at 3 another bunch of dismayed folk could decide to exit that could even drop the price further for you.
Methinks so many will see the risk involved with a company that has been so delinquent that it will be a struggle to raise cash in a CR, insolvency becomes a hazard to work around then.
