I'd be interested to learn how much, if any, of their own money the Directors have invested in NKP, especially net of any 'facilitation' fees etc.
My understanding is that the options were gratis. ie for 'services' rendered, especially those assocaited (as well) with Genorah. Is this correct?
If would certainly provide comfort to retail shareholder for Directors to provide a cash injection via the options. There would be any ideal time for them to take advantage of imminent good news (ie before end Dec) without contravening buying blackouts due to insider knowledge.
PS Something that has always concerned me is that persons with large holdings in Genorah are in key decision making positions within NKP. Should I be concerned over any potential conflicts of interest?
