US Trading Day. At Lunchtime it's plateauing at $4 (AUD$6) and USD$4.3Bil Market Cap.
IMO, I wouldn't expect much action as the action is happening UK and US.
Really need both parties to agree a statement for next move either way.
Suspect offer is around USD$4 and Coleman will reject as undervalued but watch for the statement "We are still talking" and something to the fact that preping Data Room with the case for higher valuation. The probably moved 15% to AUD$7 and parties agree to confirmatory Due Diligence.
