The loan sharks now hold security over all of BIT's assets including our IP so the BOD can't even sell that.
The BIT shell may be worth something to someone that wants it for a back door listing vehicle but underwriters usually prefer something with a BIT of cash left and with no encumberances from loan sharks
It's will be a BIT of a disaaster for anyone caught holding this crap when the music stops.
