This is for everyone. Thank-you
@BuffetsCleaner for your valuable posts. I researched extensively online over the weekend searching various US health insurance companies stipulated in webinar - I saw some covering Sofdra, others not, some tier 3, tier 4, with varying % cover etc., even one stipulating that the user had to tick the box with
Sofdra before being funded for
Qbrexza, etc. I have been chasing my tail like many here have. I also think many data bases just haven't been updated yet with the Sofdra product, contracts still being signed, takes time etc. I do have absolute confidence in the BOT team and the product, and as I've said previously it will take to at least early - mid next 2025 to fathom the product, sales revenue etc. but I would like to get some facts re health coverage just like everyone else. This would encourage more SH to stay in BOT, and investors to buy (as well as improve the morale of this forum lol).
I sent MC an e-mail and he got back to me this morning per below. I am awaiting his e-mail reply.
If he doesn't reply
he has offered to chat. I am happy to give him a call but there are people here who have a far deeper knowledge about BOT than what I do and could pose follow up questions to clarify important items (
@BuffetsCleaner,
@Grainofsand etc.). Or anyone else here people think of ?? I am just throwing it out there ?
@BuffetsCleaner or
@Grainofsand etc. anyone else here people can think of? you don't obviously have to what are your thoughts on perhaps giving MC a call? You would be able to clarify items you need (
@BuffetsCleaner data you requested but couldn't get your hands on - MC might provide something valuable?).
I'll post as soon as I hear back from him, though not holding my breath. MC is probably reading this post lol.

HiMatt,
Thank-youfor getting back to me, really appreciate it. I’ve seen many shareholders invarious forums voicing their concerns re Sofdra cost / reimbursement i.e. $7200p.a., and also insurance cover for Sofdra.
Iunderstand contracts are currently in the process of signing with healthinsurance companies.
ButI’ve checked online and many health insurance companies are not coveringSofdra, or stipulate it is a tier 3, 4 etc. with variations in cover, only 50%covering etc. I can send you examples if you would like.
Iwas present at the webinars and have re watched them several times. Iunderstand BOT to be targeting the 7mil PAH sufferers in the 3 phase CommercialPlan. (Even a target of 0.5% would be amazing $252mil).
Inthe latest webinar, Howie was asked, "What is the cost of Sofdra treatmentto the user and it is government reimbursed?"
Howie replies, "Yeah it will be government reimbursed through Medicaid aswell as VA/DOD and the cost of Sofdra to the patient will be zero. It'stypically $50 to $60 for a gap in the US but we're buying that copay down tozero dollars."
Howmany patients does this apply to ? Are you saying that all of thesepatients will be covered and not be out of pocket ? I wouldn’t think so.Can you please shed some light on this? How many PAH sufferers would the abovescenario cover. And what about the remaining PAH sufferers, how much would theybe out of pocket?
PAHsufferers would be concerned about their hip pocket and wont pay $7200 forSofdra even if they are 50% reimbursed by health cover I wouldn’t think. I haveseen patients whingeing about spending $50 on Qbrexza and have said they wontpay that for it, but instead go without.
Ifyou could shed some light on this and Sofdra insurance cover that would begreat thanks.
