I just googled this one. It appears as though Bozic has tried to put his hand into Billis's pocket and it was cut off. I hope the courts sort this out quickly.

Giovinazzo had a similar scenario the other week as a trusted person who wronged Billis. The resultant Supreme Court judgment sent RIM into a tailspin with a 3-week suspension of trade and subsequent SP falls.

Billis appears to be too trusting and needs his backside kicked for such. These shysters prey on benevolent persons with lots of $$. That is a problem with this world - as soon as you make a few bucks someone is trying to get a free ride.

Courts don't have actions against others without $$. But the losers can soon find themselves in the bankruptcy courts. Giovinazzo will have a lot of costs to cover to avoid this, possibly Bozic will be the same.
