yes the court now trumps JEDA cos JEDA must play by the Courts rules... not his/albos delaying tactics.
If they can get the court OUT of the process - which I would hope Asset does not allow - then they will have the ace hand again.
Right now JEDA only did what he did cos the Court became involved.
NO ONE... politician or anyone else trumps the court. The Court is now in play - be it only for time limits..... JEDA now needs to act/make choices/ask questions/think and whatever else he might be doing...... - and not just DELAY.....
