The large shareholders I communicate with and I are not calling for David's head - but there have been decisions made which lay at the feet of the CEO & and there are hopefully various sales activities in the pipeline which will turn the company around - & take the pressure off...It would not make commercial sense to make any changes ir to remove David from his role...- but even David must be a little embarrassed by his comments to shareholders at previous AGM's stating champagne will be flowing at next years AGM....
Unfortunately - all shareholders have to go on is what the CEO and the Board outline - which many of the KPI'S targets they themselves have set out have not been met - these KPI's have not been set by shareholders -
So all shareholders have to go on is fact & results - & those company / Board targets and KPI's & associated timelines continually get pushed back or are forgotten - so how can shareholders be happy with the current status quo....
The carrot dangling is frustrating for many, many years - it wears thin...
The simple truth is there are two options coming ADO's way..in the next few months .....
Do a deal or do another capital raise - its that simple...
- Does the Board has the dynamic nature to move fast - not sure
- Is the Board too conservative - not sure
- Do they communicate well enough - not sure
There lies the problem - - its all a lot of :
"not sure"... its 2.1 cents
