there were some questions that I had in mind that I asked around as well and got the following responses (thought i share it for what its worth - not much i guess)

1) If Beng falsified the concourt on Erstegeluk is it perjury and can action be taken

A: Nkwe Lawyers are pursuing this at the con court citing falsified info - ground for pursuit of criminal actions


2) Has a new 104application been lodged by Nkwe - and has DMR accepted it

A: Application has been lodged and is being fasttracked at DMR

4) Why does AngloPLC seem not have known about the Anglo/ARM action? (As I stated in an earlier post it seems Management who was in talks with Anglo PLC seems to have got their info from them and were confident that there was no action at the time of last weeks first announcement)

5) Will Xstrata let go if a JV with Anglo arises:
