Surely we must All believe that these clairvoyant people wouldn’t be “slightly biased” and that their claims are fully backed by good science, hey SB.
So are we to believe that the UK will average that almost 9% above needs at all times over winter or is it just an average?
Would any gap of a day, week or month in generation needed and delivered be a reason to call their statement Humbug?
