So why leave out Kuwait and Saudi. I mean The rest are less than 1 in 100,000. The populations are irrelevant. Most are expats that have no insurance, and cannot afford any such payments. Don't get me wrong, I grew up in Oman. It's well misunderstood. Yes, lots of money. Locals have free healthcare. But guess what, there are more expats, than locals. Saudi, is the closest to 1 in 100,000 patients for Pancreatic cancer. So why? Why leave this out? And yes, I have not read the ann. Ozzy can summarise.
