They didn’t …. You need to look at the schedule attached to the ASX notice that outlines all of the transactions….. if anything they borrowed millions of shares on 4th Oct, which isn’t good news IMO as they could be readying themselves to short heavily - maybe on the back of any large share price spike (Eg. FDA Approval) ? Either way I consider this entity as nothing more than a vulture and subsequently not good news that they are on the register
