If you were a Shell or a Santos how would you handle this situation? My view is that you would wait for the clock to count down - as time goes on EXR continues to burn cash and needs to raise capital. The play for them continues to get more attractive as time goes on and EXR becomes more desperate. I only hope that there are indeed multiple parties interested as Neil suggests. As hard as this is to say with my not insignificant holding, I think we are in trouble here.
