As usual these days there are nay-sayers here to push the price back - either for a high value actor or themselves.

Plough - who should have done his research because he knows better, assumes 'they are getting $6000 for 100% monazite'.
But he knows he is wrong and admits he is ignorant - typical monazite concentrate is 30% - 50% And check Iluka who has another source similar to Ark Mines - last time I checked, Iluka was saying $30,000 for 30% concentrate.

Note. Iluka's source is a tailings dump left over from processing of other heavy minerals - Its large but miniscule by comparison with AHK's 1.5 billion tonne Exploration Estimate.

@Kenny Powers also should know better than raising the point that there will need to be a raise (he says $3 mill) to mine and gravity process the sand. Thereby raising the fear of dillution !!!
LOL - Hey Kenny answer this please - how do you dilute the value of a deposit of 1.3 BILLION tonnes grading (say, taking Plough's number) 0.3% and valued at $30,000 for 30% concentrate.

I'm happily buying - and don't need to bash the price, its already a bargain. DYOR.
