yes and gotta be careful one does not keep coming back to the trough too many times as it then looks a bit unprofessional and like they dont know their business in terms of budgets, costing, timing etc etc.
when are Cos most exposed - start ups - trying to do it on shoestring is fine - i like it, but that too can come home to roost if not careful.
really would like to see that rig churning out results between NOW and prod.
