Irrelevant. That is a suggestive statement and tag you could attach to every CEO and Managing Director of every company in the world. That does not have any bearing whatsoever IMO. Dusko has fiduciary duties in his position to both the company and shareholders regardless of any compensatory benefit afforded him. Strategic decisions are made every day obviously, however you cannot hide from the truth or your duties.
Someone’s sister’s friend who knows a geologist is not qualified to provide anything relevant. Yes they may hear whispers or innuendo, but if they are not there, their opinions or hearsay ends in the pub or over a beer where it belongs. IMO.
