Nice to see that 6c was touched while I was out to lunch.
It all does come down to grade assuming a set cost to mine and process a tonne of ore. Every mine will be different but when a peer says it cost maybe $1200/oz to break even on the they produce their average grade must be far lower than CGT's selected targets.
On the off chance that a much higher (than current) gold price is ever sustained, CGT can always pull out some of the lower grade stuff at Ballarat on higher volume.
