Assuming your disclosure is honest, it is tough for anyone with "common sense" to follow a post where someone holds the stock at 36 but states that it is going sub 20? Why not sell now, there are lots of buyers there.
I am not saying it wont go sub 20 cents I just dont follow your logic of holding a stock that you are bearish on?
