    the last sales that went thru proves beyond doubt that the price is being 100% manipulated. Everyone who bought and held since the recents announcements is now down. Everyone now waiting for 2 cents to be breached?

    Also look at PNO, 45 mil buy at .007 and 470 sell at .008 -yet last sale .007
